Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. During limited edition product drops, processing times may be slightly longer due to high order volume. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped with tracking information.

Tracking All orders include tracking information. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
Customs, Duties & Taxes For international orders outside the UK, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country. These charges are determined by your local customs office and are separate from our shipping fees. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
For US customers: Orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are separate from the shipping cost shown at checkout.
For EU customers: Customs clearance may add additional time to your delivery.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. For lost packages, we may require you to wait for the carrier's investigation period to complete before issuing a replacement or refund.
Incorrect Addresses Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, please contact us immediately after placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address.
